We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website but only if there is any defect or wrong size delivery. We offer size exchange of the product on basis of availability. Parcel opening video is must to claim any defect. The defect should be clear in the parcel opening video. You are eligible for a full reimbursement if any defect issues but you have to initiate the return of the product within 3 calendar days of product delivery. Please note, all returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached and the customer can initiate the return through email, whatsapp or direct message system on any social platform.

After the 3-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to return the product. We encourage our customers to try the product within 3 days after delivery to ensure it fit your needs.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your debit/credit card statement, depending on your card company. We will notify you when your return has been processed.
